YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility for the HR department as well as professional and disciplinary management of the HR team
- Sparring partner for the management team and the CEO in re-shaping the organization
- Advising and supporting the Management Board with regards to planned and budgeted personnel/organisational development, monthly KPIs and labour law issues
- Strategic mindset to balance people management with business goals, mediating effectively between them while actively contributing as a management board member
- Management of the entire recruitment process as well as personnel requirements and development planning
- Design, implementation and optimisation of HR processes along the employee life cycle
- Responsibility for personnel development, in-house training and promotion of junior staff
- Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements in collaboration with external lawyers
- Further development of wage, salary and severance structures
- Promoting the digitalisation and standardisation of HR processes
- Close cooperation with the marketing department in the area of HR marketing
- Supervision of occupational health and safety and management of work equipment
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree with a focus on HR management, business law, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant experience in a senior HR position, ideally in a manufacturing company
- Previous experience in transformation and restructuring
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and personnel and organisational development
- Experience in the strategic design and optimisation of HR processes and in change management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams and adapt to change processes
- Communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident demeanour at all hierarchical levels
- Excellent problem-solving skills as well as resilience in handling challenging situations
- Experience with HR software and digital HR tools
- Business fluent in German and English
