  • Directly responsible for the coordination and evaluation of the HR Organization and People Development function
  • Management of a team of 5 employees
  • Responsibility for the People and Talent Acquisition across the entire employee-life-cycle
  • Develops strategies and programs for organizational and personnel development measures
  • Working towards a roll-out and execution of global policies, processes and projects and their translation into regional requirements where necessary
  • Development and implementation of HR training programs and further development of the academy
  • Responsibility for personnel and talent recruiting with core topics, such as employer branding, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee loyalty, promotion and development, remuneration and offboarding
  • Creation of an active learning culture, for example professional trainings in academies, behavioral and management training
  • Sparring partner for the international Director Human Resources
  • The director is part of the HR Management Team so will play a key strategic leadership



  • University degree with focus on Business Administration, HR development or related fields
  • Track record in complex matrix-organized international companies with more than 5000 employees
  • More than 10 years Human Resources experience, which includes working as HR Business Partner
  • Leadership experience of more than 5 years
  • Ability to lead & drive organizational change initiatives from assessment through implementation on an international scale
  • Strategic as well as operational experience in Talent Acquisition, HR talent leadership development to Offboarding
  • Understanding of best-in-class methods and tools, including agile methodologies
  • High energy with a positive, customer-centric attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
