Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

In individual cases, we ask our clients to voluntarily participate in an online survey. The purpose of such an online survey is to ensure quality by gathering our clients’ feedbacks on their experience with and opinions on our services under a concrete mandate.
To this end, we make use of the tool "Umfrage Online" of enuvo GmbH ("enuvo"), Seefeldstr. 25, 8008 Zurich on the basis of a contract for order processing of personal data with enuvo. With your participation, you express your consent to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 6 (1 lit. a) GDPR. For the survey, we link enuvo’s webseite. From enuvo, division one receives the following personal data which was transmitted to enuvo by our customers as part of "Umfrage Online" (Online Survey):

With regard to divison one’s processing of personal data which was transmitted to division one as part of an enuvo online survey, you are entitled to the rights that are already listed in this privacy statement.
On our website we use the service "Salesmanago" of BENHAUER Sp. z o.o. 21 Grzegórzecka St. 31-532 Krakow. Cookies are used here. These are small text files, which are stored locally on the end device of the page visitor and thus enable recognition when revisiting our online presence. This recognition possibility is used to create user profiles - initially pseudonymised - and then to make personalised advertising available to the respective user. The user profiles created in this way will not be merged with personal data about the person behind them without express consent to be given separately. Insofar as you receive a newsletter from division one, your personal data (name, e-mail address, IP address) is processed with your consent (article 6(1 lit. a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO)). Provided that you do not wish to receive our newsletters, you can revoke your newsletter order at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter e-mail.
