For a successful separation, division one provides advice in the key areas:
Separation preliminaries (leave of absence, handover of assignments, remaining leave, motor vehicle regulation, company pension etc.)
Simulation of separation talks (understanding of roles, formulating a dismissal message, reasons for dismissal)
